My Orders
My Order page will display orders raised on your account irrelevant on how you sent the order to us,
You can filter this page by your order ref and order dates, the default dates shows the last 30 days, after changing the dates or entering an order ref click the refresh button to update, you can also export these results to excel using the excel button,
Depending on the screen size you are viewing on you may see a + sign on the left clicking this will expand some more info on that order,
You can also click on the Order Ref link in the first column which will take you to an Order Detail page, on this page you have full order details including the order line details, the statuses available are both import status this will show if the order import completed ok into our ERP system,
You also have Delivery Status this will show if Queued For Picking, In Picking or Dispatched, when Dispatched the tracking info is displayed
NOTE: tracking info can take a while to update through the courier systems so may not work until a few hours after we have shipped,
The tracking link will connect to our tracking system and pull the info through from the courier, please note on a very few orders this may not work, usually if we had to manually book the shipment due to address details being inconsistent.
